Carden Academy

Quality Education Since 1973
Summer Program

Camp Carden, our full day, five day a week program for students entering preschool through Grade 4, is designed to develop social, educational, and recreational skills while providing an interesting and fun experience within Carden’s philosophy of behavioral standard. Each week, Camp Carden features a theme with activities designed to help campers develop positive social skills through group interaction. Campers will experience art, sports, foreign language, cooking, drama, science, and magic.

At Camp Carden, we recognize the importance of reading, and each day we have Everyone Reads Time (ERT). This is a wonderful opportunity for campers to take time to complete required summer reading assignments or read for fun.

Our youngest campers (preschool to Grade 1) will enjoy a weekly outing to Airborne Gymnastics at 1515 Walsh Ave in Santa Clara. Our older campers (Grades 2 to 4) will participate in a weekly bowling league at nearby Moonlight Lanes on El Camino near Kiely Blvd.

Campers can be dropped off as early as 7:30am and must be picked up by 6:00pm. After 6:00pm, late fees will apply.
