Students are enrolled in Carden Academy of Santa Clara based upon the availability of openings for the grade level and upon the student's ability to benefit from the curriculum that is offered.

Fill out an application and return it to Carden Academy of Santa Clara. Applications are processed by order of the date the application is received in the school office. The school's address is 615 Hobart Terrace, Santa Clara, CA 95051-5699.

Orientations take place one evening per month. Please call the school office at (408) 244-5041 for more information. - Evaluation
When you are offered a spot, arrange an evaluation appointment for the student. This test is individually administered and is designed by Carden Academy of Santa Clara for our school's use exclusively. The results of this test assists us in determining that the student's basic skills are at such a level that he/she can function in the class to which application has been made. - Admission Fee
A non-refundable Admission Fee is due at the time of the entrance test, unless the test is scheduled more than one week beyond the time of booking. If this is the case, then the non-refundable admission fee must be submitted to the school office within five working days. If the fee is not received within this time frame, the testing date will be canceled and the spot relinquished.
The submission of this form does not constitute acceptance at Carden Academy of Santa Clara, nor does it obligate you to enroll your child. There is no application fee.
